본 연구는 특수학교 직업교육 담당교사가 주도적으로 특수학교 직업교육에 필요한 직무연수를 계획하고 개설한 수요자 중심 직업교육연수로 특수교사의 직업교육연수 만족도와 직업교육효능감에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 B도시에 근무하는 특수교사 11명이고, 직업교육연수는 30차시로 편성하였다. 연수는 특수교사의 원예과 장애학생 직업교육지도를 위한 생활원예 직업교육내용을 중심으로 진행되었다. 효과를 검증하기 위하여 특수교사가 작성한 직업교육연수 만족도와 직업교육효능감 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 특수교사의 연수만족도는 기존에 개설된 직무연수에 비해 평균 이상으로 매우 높은 편이었으며, 연수 이수자의 직업교육효능감이 사후에 증가하였다. 또한 교사가 연수에 대한 개인의 소감과 차후 직업 수업에 대한 생각을 작성한 내용에 있어서도 연수만족도와 직업교육효능감이 긍정적으로 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 수요자 중심 직업교육연수가 특수교사의 연수만족도는 물론 직업교육효능감에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 현장에서 실시되는 교사전문성 향상을 위한 연수도 교사 중심의 직업교육연수 형태로 접근해야 교사의 만족도는 물론 특수교사의 전문성 신장에 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
This study is to verify the effect of training on special teachers’ training satisfaction and efficiency of job education. The training was dominantly planned by a vocational education teacher and applied to the training program for the special teachers. The subjects were 11 special teachers who live in B city. And the program was for horticulture students with disabilities and consisted of 30 periods of vocational living-horticulture training program. The quantitative survey through questionnaire was used to measure the satisfaction for the vocational education training and the efficiency of vocational education. Also the qualitative survey through the questionnaire for each teacher was performed. The results are as follows. Special teachers’ training satisfaction was significantly higher than the previous normal training and the efficiency of vocational education to those who completed the training was improved after attending the program. After analyzing, training satisfaction and efficiency of vocational education were positively improved. It seems that the consumer centered vocational education training was effective on special teachers’ training satisfaction and the efficiency of vocational education. It seems to maximize the expertise of teachers through the training tailored to the needs of teachers.
