본 연구는 장애아동 발달재활서비스와 관련된 전문가 및 이용자가 갖는 전반적인 입장들을 구조화하고 개별인식들을 종합·분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 주관적 연구방법인 Q-방법론을 이용하여 장애아동 발달재활서비스와 관련된 전문가와 이용자의 생각, 태도, 가치관을 분석하고 유사성을 유형화하였다. 10명의 전문가와 이용자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰와 문헌고찰을 통해 총 30개의 Q-진술문을 추출하였다. 이후 관련 지역자치단체, 서비스제공기관과 재활치료사, 관련 학계 교수, 이용자 24명을 대상으로 Q-분류를 진행하였고 그 결과를 pc용 QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 장애아동 발달재활서비스 관련 전문가 및 이용자의 인식유형은 3개의 요인, ‘통합적 서비스체계 중시형’(제1유형), ‘본질적 목적가치 중시형’(제2유형), ‘전문적 역량 강화 중시형’(제3유형)으로 확인되었다. 3가지 인식유형의 논리적 구조를 근거로 장애아동 발달 재활서비스의 현 문제점들과 개선방안 등에 대해 논의하였다.
In this study, we have identified the overall position of specialists and users involved in the provision of developmental rehabilitation service for children with special needs; in order to achieve this purpose, we tried to comprehensively analyze specialists’ and users' respective perceptions. For this reason, we have utilized the Q-methodology, a subjective approach, to grasp some understanding of specialists’ and users' role related to the developmental rehabilitation service for children with special needs, to analyze attitudes, the values, and to draw similarities. The researchers extracted 30 Q-statements from data through in-depth interviews of 10 specialists and literature reviews. Next, we have conducted a Q-sort targeting on 24 officials of local governments, service providers and rehabilitation therapist, related academic professors and users those agents who we find to it necessary to be considered as relevant specialists, and the extracted results were analyzed using the QUANL program for computer. We were able to categorize and extract 3 main types of specialists’and users' perception on the development rehabilitation service for children with special needs: 'Integrated service system-oriented'(type1), 'Essential purpose value-oriented'(type2), 'Professional ability reinforcement-oriented'(type3). We have also discussed a further review on the correlation between the three perception types and current problems that arise in the middle of providing developmental rehabilitation service for children with special needs based on logical reasoning and discussed how to improve current circumstance.
