이 연구는 대졸 구직자들이 졸업 후 첫 일자리획득에서 어떤 경로를 통해 구직정보를 얻는가에 따라 노동시장성공 변수인 학력수준에 맞는 일자리획득 여부와 월평균소득에 대해 차이가 나타나는지를 보고자 하였다. 특히 제도적 관계망을 통한 구직정보 획득경로 중 하나인 학교를 중심으로 다른 구직경로들과의 효과 차이를 비교하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구직정보 획득경로로서 학교를 주로 이용하는 대졸자 집단은 개인적 관계망을 주로 이용하는 집단보다 첫 일자리에서 학력수준에 맞는 일자리획득에 유리하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 첫 일자리획득에 결정적인 영향을 미친 구직정보 획득경로에 대한 분석에서도 미미하지만 마찬가지로 학교가 개인적 관계망보다 학력수준에 맞는 일자리획득에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전통적 매체 또한 학교와 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 또 하나의 노동시장성공 변수로서 월평균소득에 대한 분석에서도 취업에 결정적으로 영향을 미친 구직정보 획득경로가 학교인 집단이 개인적 관계망을 통해 취업을 한 대졸자 집단보다 첫 일자리에서 더 높은 월평균소득을 얻고 있었다.
The Comparative Study of Job-info Searching Channels on Success in the Labor Market among Graduate Job-seekers: with School Variable of the Job-info Searching Channels in the CenterChang, Jihyun(Yonsei University)This research intended to study whether different job-info searching channels affect the obtainment of adequate job that matches one’s education level and average monthly income, which are variables for distinguishing success in the labor market, among graduate job-seekers. Especially, I tried to compare the effects of various job-info channels, with school variable in the center, which is the representative job-info seeking channel featured by institutional network. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, in obtaining the first adequate job that matches one’s education level, the graduate group that mainly accesses job-info through schools is in more favorable condition than those who largely uses private network. Second, in the analysis of obtaining jobs that match one’s education lever, though subtle, a more positive influence of school over personal network was found as it decisively did in obtaining the first job. Traditional media also showed significant difference along with the school variable. Third, in analyzing the average monthly income, another variable for success in the labor market, among the graduates who successfully obtained their first job, it was found that those who accessed their job-info mainly through the school channel earned a higher average monthly income than those who did through personal network.
