이 연구는 현재 한국의 다양한 디지털 문화 현상의 분석․고찰을 통하여 영재들이 자신들의 잠재역량을 발휘하도록 하는데 있다. 또한 영재교육을 위한 인터넷 교수-학습 전략에 활용할 수 있는 언어영역 프로그램 개발을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 언어영재의 잠재능력을 계발할 수 있는 토대를 마련하고, 현장 적응력을 향상시키기 위하여 5단계 교수-학습 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 구체적인 방법으로는 인터넷의 검색어 훈련, 댓글 달기 훈련, 스토리텔링 훈련, 패러디 훈련, 문화콘텐츠 훈련법을 개발함으로써 언어영재들이 보유한 언어능력의 활성화를 도모하고자 하였다. 이 전략은 언어에 탁월한 능력을 보유하고 있는 언어영재들에게 학습 동기를 부여하고, 상상력을 기반으로 창조력을 신장시킴으로써 의사소통능력 증진과 표현능력을 강화하는 데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 기존의 언어영재 교수법과 달리 인터넷을 활용한 교수-학습론은 언어영재들의 능동적인 참여를 유도하고, 자신들의 능력을 발휘하는 데 효율적인 요소들을 보유하고 있다는 점에서 고무적이다. 또한 이들 방법은 언어영재 개개인의 능력 발현만이 아니라 일반 학습자들에게까지 확대 적용이 가능하다는 점에서 향후에도 지속적인 논의가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 점에서 인터넷은 각 개인 중심으로 전개되던 언어영재 교수-학습 방법을 개선하여 공동 작업으로 이끌어내는 데 유용한 방식이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 이번에 연구한 5단계 교수-학습전략을 교육현장에 적용시키는 과정에서 학습자 개개인의 특성을 고려한다면 좀더 효율적인 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 결국 기존의 언어교육에서 사용하던 방식과 온라인상의 활용방안을 사용한다면 유효한 교육 효과를 확보할 수 있을 것이다.
This study analyzes of various digital culture phenomenon in current Korea and the linguistic scope program development that gifted persons so as to show potential ability of itselfs. and then this study for purpose can utilize to internet teaching-education strategy for talent education. This paper analyzes social-cultural property of main a characteristic main of the digital, and we will review this elements an influence to a linguistic ability demonstration individual a talent. in addition, and this paper will research a concrete plan whether or not there is about what it can be used as to program construction strategic internet teaching-education for talent education. This paper want to get the foundation that can development potential ability of a linguistic talent, and we will develop five phases of teaching-education programs in this study in order to improve a field adaptability. In a concrete way, this paper try to study linguistic gifted persons will attempt activation of the language skill that they maintained for searching word training of the Internet, the attached sentence writing, storytelling training, parody training, and culture contents training method. These strategy motivates education to linguistic talents maintaining ability to excellent in a language, and you extend creativity to bases with an imagination, and a focus is fitted communication ability increase and expression ability in strengthening. The teaching method used for internet is very important unlike the existing linguistic talent pedagogics that linguistic talents lead active participation, and they were maintaining efficient elements. These ways application enlarged general common student is salted not being ability revelation individual a linguistic talent only that it was possible, and a continuous discussion has to consist. At this points, Internet was put on a display to the each personal centers, and we improve a linguistic talent teaching-education method, and it is an effective method which have led to cooperative work. This paper may get the results more efficient if we take a characteristic individual student into consideration in five phases of teaching-education strategies that we studied for this processes to apply in a school. You may ensure finally an effective educational effect if we use a utilization plan on a on-line method and the teaching-education method that we used in the existing linguistic education.
