본 연구는 팀 프로젝트 중심 미션 발명프로그램이 초등학생들의 창의성과 수업만족에 미치는 효과를 확인하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 이경화 외(2011)의 팀 프로젝트 중심 미션 발명 프로그램을 교실현장에 적용할 수 있는 수업안으로 적정화하여 구안하고, 학급 유형을 달리하여 영재학급,발명동아리, 일반학급의 초등학생을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 프로그램의 효과를 창의성 사전-사후 검사로 측정하였고, 수업에 대한 학생의 만족도를 측정하였다. 결과에 의하면 팀 프로젝트 중심 미션 발명프로그램은 창의성 향상에 효과적이었으며, 학급 유형별 비교에서는영재학급, 발명동아리 보다는 일반학급의 창의성을 높이는 효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과로부터 결론을 도출하고, 향후 교육현장에서 활용 가능한 팀 프로젝트 중심 미션 발명 프로젝트에 대해 논의하였다.


It is important to teaching creativity at the level of elementary learners. So, creativity program for fostering creativity and creative problem solving is needed in the elementary school. In this reason, we developed program and apply this program for elementary students. The objective of this study was to identify the effects of Mission Invention Program of Team Project(MIPTP) on the elementary students' creativity and satisfaction. So, the research problems of this study were as follows ; 1. How does MIPTM affect young children’s creativity ? 2. How does MIPTM affect young children’s satisfaction on the instruction ? The participants of this study were 58 children, who belonged to gifted students, group of invention, general class. The measurement tool used to evaluate “children integrate creativity program” was from Lee(2012) followed by analysis of the data. So the results of this study are as follows. The children in the 58 children exposed to the MIPTP showed higher overall scores than the Pre measured score. The 3 group showed different effects on MIPTP. Gifted group,Invention group’s satisfaction was higher than general group. In this study we find that MIPTP was effective program for gifted and invention group. So MIPTP was modified for general group. In conclusion, even though there are some limitation in research design, it can be concluded that the MIPTP is a useful program for elementary education.
