본 연구는 S 대학교가 통일시대의 리더 양성을 위해 신입생을 대상으로 2박 3일간 운영했던 리더십 캠프 프로그램을 소개하고 실제로 창의성과 북한문화수용성이 효과적으로 증진되었는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2014년의 대학생 리더십 캠프 프로그램에 참가한 학생 200명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 누락된 답안지를 제외한 165명의 학생 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 탈북 학생과의 직접적인 대화와 통일시대 갈등상황에서의 문제해결, 창의적 문제해결 프로그램이 대학생의 창의성과 북한 문화 수용성의 향상에 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라의 상황에 맞는 대학생 리더십 프로그램의 개발을 위해 다양한 시도가 필요하며 창의성이 향상되는 리더십 프로그램을 발전시키는 것이 한국형 리더십 프로그램에서 필요함을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a leadership program in the era of unification for university student and to test its effects on creativity and North Korean culture receptive capability. The program consisted of 2 nights and 3 days sessions for 200 university students in 2014. 165 student data were analyzed. The results showed that the leadership program was effective for the enhancement of creativity and North Korean culture receptive capability. The findings of this study support the idea that the various leadership program customized for Korean situation were needed for the future of unification.
