본 연구는 영재아의 연령·기질별에 따라 지능과 창의성에 미치는 효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 위해 J시에 소재한 0영재교육기관에 방문하여 교육을 시작한 기간이 3개월 미만인 만 3~8세 사이의 아동 54명을 대상으로, K-Raven과 TTCT 검사를 이용하여 사전·사후검사를 실시하였다. K-Raven과 TTCT 검사의 수행에 나타난 영재아의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 연령과 기질별에 따라 t-검정과 공변량분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, GEIK 영재 프로그램의 연령별 효과 비교에서는 지능의 경우 만 4세, 5세, 6세에서 효과가 있었으며, 창의성의 경우 만 5세, 6세, 7세, 8세에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 GEIK 영재 프로그램의 기질별 효과 비교에서는 까다로운 집단이 순한 집단보다 지능 증진에서는 더 효과적이었으나, 창의성 증진에서는 두 집단 간의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.


The purpose of this thesis is to find the effectiveness of intelligence and creativity based on students' age and temperament difference. For the study, 54 students were picked from ages 3 to 8 who were educated at the 0 Gifted Education Institution for less than three months. K-Raven and TTCT was used for the pre-test and the post-test. The t-test and analysis of covariance have been done based on the age and temperament difference to study children's peculiarities according to the performance on K-Raven and TTCT. The result showed that there was a significant improvement in the 4, 5, 6 age groups in their intelligence test compare to other age groups. The test scores of the 5, 6, 7, and 8 age groups were higher in their creativity test compare with the other age groups. Also, the test scores on their creativity significantly improved in the difficult-group compare to the easy-group, but there was no significant difference on their intelligence test based on temperament comparison.
