본 연구는 현장의 요구를 반영한(M 전문대학의 산학협력을 중심으로) 실습지도 교사 교육프로그램의 모형 개발을 위해 그 구성내용을 도출하는 것에 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 2007년부터 2009년까지 실시한 사전연구의 결과와 2010년도 실습지도 교사들에게 실시한 설문조사의 결과를 기초로 프로그램의 목표, 운영방법, 교육내용, 교수방법 등의 내용을 도출함으로써 실습지도교사 교육프로그램 모형의 기초를 완성하였다.
This research is a base study to develop a model for Student Teaching Guidance Training Program. The research, which is in collaboration with industry, incorporates various demands from the field. The research is done in two steps. The first is preliminary researches which were conducted between 2007 and 2009. The second is questionnaire survey which was also done with student teaching guidance teachers in 2010. The outcome consists of program objectives, operation method, educational contents, and teaching methods.
