본 연구는 보육관련 학과의 보육실습에 대한 현황을 파악하고 이에 대한 문제점을 도출 보완하여 바람직한 보육실습환경을 조성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비보육교사의 실습 실태에 관한 설문지를 제작하여 보육관련 학과 실습생 160명을 대상으로 실습내용과 실습 전후 보육에 대한 인식에의 변화 및 실습 후 문제점과 개선점에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 실시 결과 전반적인 보육실습내용에 있어서는 보육관련 학과와 보육·유아교육전공자 간에 차이가 없었으며 실습 후 본 연구대상의 보육에 대한 인식에는 변화가 나타났다. 예비보육교사들은 실습 후 아동관이나 보육직무에 관하여는 긍정적인 인식의 변화가 있었으나 졸업 후 보육교사가 되기를 희망하는 데는 56%정도가 부정적이며 이에 대한 주원인으로는 고된 업무의 성격과 저임금을 들고 있다. 예비보육교사가 지각한 실습 후 개선점으로는 생활지도, 영역별 구체적인 프로그램 지도, 교재교구사용, 일지작성 및 이와 같은 활동을 통한 아이들과의 상호작용, 적절한 언어사용과 상황대처방법 등이 주를 이루고 있다.


This research is to investigate the actual childcare practicum present condition of child carerelation departments and to find out a problem in order to presents desirable child care environment. For this research, 160 pre-service teachers were in the object with change in recognition after practicing about problem point and improvement point executed an investigation about childhood and infantile education around actual training contents and actual training. Execution result, Generally the childcare actual training contents with the fact that the childcare relation departments and the department of childhood & childcare education are operating similarly. After practicing, their recognition which concerned child perspectives and childcare has been changed in childcare relation departments. After practicing there was change of the recognition which is affirmative from thought or childcare duty about the child. Teacher preparation after practicing about the child tube or childcare duty teacher childcare after graduating which has the change of the recognition which is affirmative becoming, hopes about 50% degree was negative but teacher childcare after graduating becoming, hopes about 56% degree was negative. The primary reason is character and low wages of hard childcare business. After practicing which teacher preparation perceives the life guidance, province of the program which is concrete, teaching material teaching aid use and log drawing up and interaction of the children who leads an activity and, the language use which is appropriate and situation disposal method etc. are forming a nucleus with improvement point.
