본 연구는 현재 인류가 경험하고 있거나 앞으로 목격하게 될 인터넷 혁명의 실체를 물리세계와 독립적으로 발전하여 온 가상행성(Virtual Planet)단계와 스마트 혁명 이후 물리적 세계와 초연결되고 있는 디지털 행성(Digital Planet)단계로 구분한다. 이러한 전제하에서 인터넷 이전의 물리적 행성으로서의 지구를 제1지구, 인터넷 혁명 이후의 가상행성으로서의 지구를 제2지구, 그리고 디지털 행성을 제3지구로 명명한다. 또한 이들 세 개의 행성간 관계구도를 설정하고, 인류의 신문명인 디지털 행성문명으로의 메가트렌드를 제시한다. 이상의 전제와 고찰을 바탕으로 디지털 행성시대의 창조국가전략으로 초연결 만물지능기반 선도국가(A-Korea:Ambient Intelligence Korea)모델과 비전을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 A-Korea의 발전경로를 기반형성단계, 도약단계, 성숙단계, 행성문명 융성단계로 구분하고 각 단계별 생태계 구도와 대응전략을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 21세기 디지털 행성 대항해시대로의 국가 리더십 표출 경로를 설정하였다.
This study categorizes the true nature of Internet Revolution of humanity into two stages; Virtual Planet Stage, which is developed as an independent sector from physical world, and Digital Planet Stage, which is hyper-connected to physical world after Smart Revolution. Under such premises, this study names the Earth, specifically the planet Earth, a physical planet prior to development of the Internet, as the 1stEarth, then, the Earth as a virtual planet after the Internet Revolution to be the 2ndEarth, and the Earth as a digital planet to be the 3rdEarth. Furthermore, it sets out the relation composition among these three planets and suggests megatrend to the digital planet civilization as a great shift for humanity in terms of civilization. Based on these premises and consideration, this study sets leading countries of hyper-connected ambient intelligence (A-Korea: Ambient Intelligence Korea model) and vision for national creative strategy in digital planet era. Moreover, it categorizes development paths of A-Korea into foundation development stage, take-off stage, maturity stage, and planet civilization prosperity stage, and further suggests ecosystem composition and counterstrategies for each stage. Lastly, it sets out the express paths of national leadership to the Age of Exploration in the 21stcentury toward Digital Planets.
