본 연구는 저소득층 아동･청소년의 교육불평등을 해소하기 위한 교육복지정책중 하나인 교육복지우선지원사업의 사업영역 및 세부사업들에 대한 만족도를 설문조사에 의존해 분석해보고자 하였다. 만족도 조사는 주로 대구광역시와 경상북도 관내의 사업대상 학교 일선교사들을 중심으로 하였다. 설문조사 결과는 전반적인 인식도를 중심으로, 어떠한 사업영역 및 세부사업들이 만족도가 높고 낮은 지를 살펴보았으며, 또한 근무지별, 근무기관별, 연령별간에는 어떠한 차이가 있는 지도 살펴보았다. 그리고 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로교육복지우선지원사업의 향후 효과성 및 적실성을 제고하기 위한 방안들을 논하였다.
The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the satisfaction level of front-line school teachers on the Educational Welfare Support Project(EWSP), which is under implementation, as a part of educational welfare policies, in order to tackle the educational inequality for the school children of low-income families. An emphasis is given to a deep analysis of satisfaction level with regard to the project areas and sub-programs of the EWSP. For the aim, this paper carried out a survey research targeting the front-line school teachers in Daegu City and Kyeong-buk Do. The result of survey was compared according to project areas and sub-programs, and the differences among the work places, institutions, and ages were of school teachers were also explored. As a conclusion, this paper suggested policy measures to upgrade the effectiveness and relevance of the EWSP.
