본 연구는 지역사회의 여건을 고려한 사업의 개발 및 추진이 노인일자리사업의 성패를 가름하는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다는 인식 하에 농촌지역과 도시지역으로 구분하여 노인고용서비스 전달체계 효과성 및 서비스만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 노인고용서비스 전달체계 평가요인으로 책임성, 적절성, 전문성, 접근용이성 등을 선정하였으며, 이러한 요인들이 노인일자리사업 만족도에 미치는 영향 정도를 집단별로분석하였다. 분석결과, 도시지역의 경우 전문성 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 농촌지역에 경우에는 책임성 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 지방자치단체의 노인일자리사업 관리자나 실무자들은도시 및 농촌지역 노인들이 생각하는 각종 요인들에 대한 만족도나 영향의 우선순위가 서로다를 수 있다는 점을 인식하고, 지역의 특수성에 맞는 노인고용서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of related variables toward theelderly employment service delivery system on elderly work program satisfaction. In orderto create a suitable job aptitude, this study is designed to compare urban areas withrural areas locating in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. Responsibility, expertise,integration, and accessibility factors were used as independent variables and elderlywork program satisfaction was used as dependent variable. The result of this study shows that there is a wide difference between urban areaparticipants with rural area participants. For the urban area participants, expertise hadthe strongest impact on elderly work program satisfaction. For the rural areaparticipants, responsibility had the strongest impact on elderly work programsatisfaction.
