The purposes of this study are to find out effects of psychomotor intervention using self-talk for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder children's motor coordination and maladjustment behaviors. Three children from upper grades of elementary school with problems such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, inattention behavioral maladjustment and motor coordination were studied. This study used a multiple probe across participants design and was examined through checking motor coordination and maladjustment' changes which were independent variables. Also, changes in motor coordination and maladjustment behavior were examined by checking pre-post intervention. Achievement rate of motor coordination behavior and occurrence rate of maladjustment behavior was measured average and range in baseline, intervention, and maintenance. The results of this study were as follows: First, psychomotor intervention using self-talk has positive effects on ADHD children's motor coordination. Second, the psychomotor intervention using self-talk has positive effects on decrease of ADHD children's maladjustment. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that psychomotor intervention using self-talk is an effective mediation for ADHD children's improvement of motor coordination's abilities and maladjustment behaviors.
