본 연구는 발달장애 학생들의 직업 선택을 위한 진로지도 프로그램이 발달장애 학생의 직업 흥미와 자기결정력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 H특수학교에 재학 중인 발달장애 고등학생 중 직업탐구부 동아리 5명을 대상으로 창의적 체험활동 시간에 진로지도 프로그램을 적용하였다. 진로지도 프로그램은 나의 이해, 직업의 세계, 직업의 탐구, 진로 설계로 구성하였으며, 사전-사후 검사 평균을 비교하는 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내일을 잡기 위한 진로지도 프로그램은 발달장애 학생의 직업 흥미에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 내일을 잡기 위한 진로지도 프로그램은 발달장애 학생의 자기결정력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 내일을 잡기 위한 진로지도 프로그램은 발달장애 학생들의 직업에 대한 흥미와 자기결정력을 높이는데 효과가 있음이 검증되었다.
The purposes of this research are to determine the effect of Career Guidance Program for getting tomorrow on vocational interest and self-determination of students with developmental disorder. A Paired t-Test, which compares the results of before-after studies, was conducted to five subjects, students with developmental disorder who are currently attending a special-education school. It concluded as follows. First, Career Guidance Program has a positive effect on children with developmental disorder by enhancing their vocational interest. Second, Career Guidance Program has a positive effect on children with developmental disorder by enhancing their self-determination. The result of this research indicates that career guidance program for getting tomorrow has positive effects on enhancing the vocational interest and self-determination of students with developmental disorder.
