본 연구는 애착유형에 따라 성격특성 및 인성문제에 영향을 미치는 성인애착을 파악하고 이를 기초로 애착유형에 따라 예비영유아교사의 인성문제 해결을 위한 효과적 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북에 있는 4년제와 3년제 유아교육과 및 보육관련 예비영유아교사 1,000명을 대상으로 4개의 애착유형으로 나누어 비교하였으며, 선행연구에 기초하여 인성을 외향성, 개방성, 친화성, 성실성, 신경증으로 설정하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착과 성격특성, 인성문제는 애착유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 성인애착 요인 중 애착친밀과 애착의존의 효과는 유형에 따라 낮거나 유의하지 않았으며, 애착불안은 애착유형 모두에서 성격특성에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착(친밀성, 애착불안, 의존가능성)이 내재화 인성문제에 미치는 영향력은 애착유형에 따라 차이를 보여주었다. 셋째, 성인애착 요인 중 의존가능성과 애착불안의 효과는 유형에 따라 낮거나 유의하지 않았으나 친밀성은 애착유형에 관계없이 외현화 인성문제에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The aims of this study were to find adult attachment which effect on pre-service early childhood teacher’s personality from attachment styles and to effective were ways to help pre-service early childhood teachers in order to personality problems. For this research, 1,000 numbers of college students(three-year and four-year) were responded, and the student are currently using child-care and early education. The research compared 4 types attachment, Based on the preceding study was set up with five character(Neuroticism, Extroversion, Openness, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness). The results of study are as follows, First, adult attachment and characteristic trait, personality problem were significantly different depending on the type of attachment. Second, adult attachment(intimacy, attachment anxiety, dependence potential) influence on the internal personality problem showed the differences in attachment style. Third, among adult attachment whereas effect of dependence potential and attachment anxiety was small or not-significant, intimacy was increase external personality problems.
