본 연구는 창의ㆍ인성교육의 의미와 특징을 살펴보고, 학교에서 구현 가능한 창의ㆍ인성교육의 중요한 논점에 대해 다루고 있다. 지금까지 창의교육과 인성교육이 별개의 내용으로 교육된 문제점을 해결하는 중요한 정책 방향으로 제시한 창의ㆍ인성교육은 2010년 이후 교육과학기술부의 중요 정책 사항이다. 본 논문에서는 창의ㆍ인성교육 우수학교의 기준을 살펴보고, 선정 과정에 대해 논의하였다. 또한 창의ㆍ인성교육과 우리나라의 교육변화에 대해 논의하고 있다. 창의ㆍ인성교육을 추진하고, 그 의미를 살리기 위해서는 학교 안 교육내용 및 방법개선, 학교 밖 체험활동 활성화, 학생ㆍ교원ㆍ학부모 역량 강화, 교육평가 시스템 강화 등으로 나누어서 살펴볼 수 있다. 2010년 100대 교육과정 우수학교 선정에서는 첫째, 서면심사 및 현장실사 등 단계별 심사를 통해 심사의 신뢰성과 타당성을 제고하였다. 둘째, 학교급별, 지역별 특성 고려 및 안배를 통한 균형을 고려하였다. 셋째, 창의ㆍ인성교육의 취지에 부합된 정도에 대한 심사를 하였다. 본 연구는 우리나라 교육의 발전을 위한 창의ㆍ인성교육의 발전을 위한 방안을 살펴보고, 2010년 100대 교육과정 우수학교 선정에 대한 소개하고 있으며, 앞으로의 교육발전에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is reveal the relationship between school and Creativity Character education. Creativity Character education is a important part to child development. Creativity Character Education is a national movement creating schools that foster ethical, responsible, and caring young people by modeling and teaching good character through an emphasis on universal values that we all share. Alternative approach is creativity character education. The concept of “Creative character education” as a alternative approach is need and solve the problem in korea education. Conducting creative character education or character building is not easy, so needed many energy. In this article, Plenty of “creativity character education” is offered by MEST(Ministry of Education, Science and Technology) and there is some activity in mainstream education. Educators should recognize, appreciate, and encourage different styles of creativity(ex, Creativity and Character Education). In conclusion, Creativity and Character Education is need in our Society.
