The purpose of this study is to compare the level of school based the creativity education, especially with seven metropolitan city in Korea, and propose the educational political task. The method of this study is a survey, elementary, middle and high school teacher of seven metropolitan city in Korea was the subject. And two research domain are as follows : school environment domain, instruction domain. The results of this study are as follows. In the environmental domain, Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education was endeavor to improve creativity education, and the effects of that movement was great, especially emphasized in administration and school level. The class environment for creative education was poor in all six Office of Education, but Daegu was above average. Nevertheless, it needs improvement of psychological, physical environment in all Office of Education. Other in instruction domain, the pressing tasks for enhancement creativity are reduce contents of the curriculum, reduce student numbers of per class, creativity teaching-learning data development and supply, and training of creativity development teacher. In the face of professionalism, teachers perceive their professionalism low. As the above results, political tasks for creativity education are more effective supports to teaching-learning technique, development the in-service and pre-service training program, enhancement of relevancy of curriculum, reduce of student numbers of per class, creativity teaching-learning data development and supply, and the most important thing, the recognition of the importance of creativity education, teacher themselves.
