본 연구는 예비사회복지사의 차별태도에 미치는 주요요인을 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 231명의 예비사회복지사인 사회복지학 전공생들을 대상으로 인구사회학적 요인, 개인심리요인 및 개인경험요인이 차별태도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 조사결과 예비사회복지사의 자기효능감, 부모소득, 학년, 다문화관련 비형식적 경험 등이 차별태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과 바탕으로 예비사회복지사의 차별태도를 지양할 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the main factors on the discrimination of undergraduate majoring social welfare who will be a social work later. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 Program and based on 231 undergraduate majoring social work members. As a result, there are effects of the self-efficacy, parent's income, grade and informal multi-cultural experience factor with the their discrimination. It suggests good way to prevent discrimination in terms of social work education.
