본 연구는 슈퍼바이저의 역량향상을 위해 필요로 하는 교육내용을 파악하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 슈퍼바이저의 지식 및 기술역량에 대해 중요도와 실행도를 IPA기법으로 분석(339부)하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 FGI를 진행(6명)하여 슈퍼바이저 교육내용에 대한 욕구를 파악하였다. 연구결과, 슈퍼바이저의 지식역량 14개항목과 기술역량 15개항목 각각의 중요도와 실행도 비교에서 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA)에서는 4개의 모든 영역(지속유지영역, 우선개선영역, 점진개선영역, 과잉투자영역)에 항목이 분포되었다. [우선개선영역]에는 슈퍼바이저 자신에 대한 과학적 지식, 직무모니터링기술, 직원평가기술, 지역사회자원분석 및 활용기술 등 지식역량 1개항목과 기술역량 3개항목이 포함되었고, [점진개선영역]에는 리더십, 조직관리, 인사관리, 사회복지전반의 동향과 변화추세이해, 관련국가 및 지방단위의 복지정책이해, 슈퍼비전 지식 등 지식역량 6개 항목과 정보수집기술, 슈퍼바이지 교육진단 및 학습계획수립, 학습촉진기술 등 기술역량 3개항목이 해당되었다. 이들 총 13항목에 대해서 항목별로 필요한 구체적인 교육내용을 파악하였고, 향후 슈퍼바이저 교육의 현실화를 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop supervisor education contents that are necessary to improve supervisor’s competence. For that purpose, the importance and performance of supervisor’s knowledge and skill competence have been analyzed using IPA method. Based on the result, FGI has been conducted to develop supervisor education contents. As a result of this study, 14 items of supervisor’s knowledge competence and 15 items of skill competence both showed statistically significant differences in importance and performance comparison. In the importance -performance analysis (IPA), the items were distributed in 4 areas(area of continuous maintenance, area of prioritized improvement, area of gradual improvement, area of over-investment). In [area of prioritized improvement], supervisor’s scientific knowledge on oneself, job monitoring skill, employee evaluation skill, and community resource analysis and application skill were included. In [areas of gradual improvement], leadership, organization management, personnel management, understanding in whole social welfare trend and changing trend, understanding in welfare policy of relevant country and local unit, knowledge of supervision and information gathering skill, supervisee education diagnosis and planning and learning promotion skill were included. For each 13 items, the contents of education have been proposed and actualization of supervisor education has been discussed.
