The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of employees personality types on job satisfaction and customer-orientation behaviour in a family restaurant. 276 data were collected from four family restaurants in Seoul and Kyeonggi Province and analysed by frequency, factor analysis, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: First, job satisfaction based on personality types were highly correlated with responsibility, compassionateness, reality, freedom, understanding, warmth, future-orientation. Second, job satisfaction and customer meeting orientation is strong related to customer perceive orientation and has a negative impact for the customer profit orientation. Therefore, hiring right person and providing regular training program will give employees enhance customer meeting orientation rather than revising employees personality.
