This research examines the relationship between antecedents, positive psychological capital and performance. To implement the empirical research, the survey is carried out to total 280 individuals of variousorganization. Regression analysis were used to verify the research model. The results of the survey show that coaching leadership, job autonomy and learning goal orientation hadsignificant and direct effects on positive psychological capital. and it also was found that positive psychologicalcapital have positive and significant effects on performance measured with job satisfaction and organizationcitizenship behaviors. In addition, positive psychological capital partial mediate the relationship between antecedents andperformance variables. The limits of this paper are discussed and future research directions are also suggested.
