본 연구는 전라북도 사이버가정학습인 전북e스쿨의 활용 실태를 파악하고 참여하는 학생들의 만족도와 효과성 인식을 분석하고자 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 전라북도의 도시지역과 읍면지역, 초등학교와 중학교의 비율을 고려하여 학교를 표집한 후, 초등학생과 중학생 1704명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전북e스쿨의 참여하는 학생들의 56.9%가 적극적으로 참여하고, 80.3%의 학생들이 집에서 활용하고 있으며 담임선생님과 학교선생님의 권유로 참여하게 된 학생들이 가장 많았다. 5점 척도로 측정한 만족도는 전반적인 사이버가정학습, 콘텐츠, 기능, 사이버선생님과 학습활동에 대한 만족으로 나누어 살펴보았는데, 전반적 만족도는 3.42,콘텐츠와 학습활동에 대한 만족도는 3.44, 기능에 대한 만족도는 3.33이고 사이버선생님에 대한 만족도가 3.04로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 배경변인에 따른 분석은 초등학생이 중학생보다, 도시지역의 학생들이 읍면지역의 학생보다, 성적이 높은 학생이 낮은 학생보다, 그리고 참여기간이 긴 학생들이 짧은 학생들보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 효과성으로 분석된 사항은 사교육에 대한 영향과 학습의 도움에 관하여 질문하였는데 14.2%의 학생만이 사교육을 그만 두거나 그만 둘 예정이라고 응답하였고 가장 도움을 받았다고 응답한 교과는 과학교과와 수학교과이었다.


Cyber Home Study System is the Learning Manage System which has contents for helping students from 5th to 10th grade school study at home. The system is planned and created by Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. And it is operated by provincial office of education in order to help student school study at home by themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze learners' satisfaction and effectiveness awareness on Jellabuk-do Cyber Home Study System which is called "Junbuk-e-School". Research method was survey. The total participants of the survey were 1704. Learner's satisfaction rate was different from the varied background variables; the satisfaction rate was higher in learners of girl students than boy students, learners in urban area than in rural area, higher-achieved learners than lower-achieved ones. Learner's effectiveness awareness was on the questions of most helpful class, of keeping the private lesson, and of change about learning. Most helpful class was mathematics and only 14.2% stopped or would stopped the private lesson. But most learners answered that Junbuk-e-School made them have positive attitude about their learning.
