본 연구의 목적은 ‘흡연예방 중심학교’ 운영 효과를 검증하고자, 흡연에 대한 지식과 태도, 흡연거절 자기효능감을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 연구 대상자는 K도 4개 초등학교 5학년으로 실험군은 A학교 35명, 비교군은 B학교 39명, C⋅D학교 34명으로 표집 하였고, 비동등성 대조군 전후실험설계이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0으로 대상자 일반적 특성은 X2 test, 교육 후 집단별 평균비교, 세 그룹 차이는 ANOVA로 실시했다. 연구결과는 흡연지식과 태도, 흡연거절 자기효능감은 교육 후 집단의 점수변화 차이(흡연지식 F=11.242, p=.000, 흡연태도 F=4.446, p=.014, 흡연거절 자기효능감 F=4.948, p=.009)가 있었고, 세 그룹간 Scheffe 사후검정 결과 흡연지식과 태도, 흡연거절 자기효능감에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 흡연예방 중심학교 운영의 효과가 있다는 근거를 확인하였다. 이는 흡연예방 중심학교를 운영한 학교가 비교군에 비해 흡연지식과 태도, 흡연거절 자기효능감에 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 앞으로도 지속적으로 흡연예방 중심학교 운영과 흡연예방교육이 필요함을 시사한다.


The purpose of this study was to validate the operational effectiveness of the “smoking prevention center schools”, knowledge and attitudes about smoking, and self-efficacy to refuse smoking comparative analysis. The subjects of this study are fifth-grade students in four elementary schools located in K province. A school was chosen as an experimental group 35 students, and B school was 39 students and C⋅D schools were selected as comparison groups 35 students. The general characteristics of the subjects collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 is a X2 test, the three group of education before and after the test was conducted by ANOVA for comparison after comparison the average specific groups. The results were found knowledge and attitudes smoking, smoking refusal self-efficacy were the difference in change scores(smoking knowledge F=11.242, p=.000, smoking attitude F=4.446, p=.014, smoking refusal self-efficacy F=4.948, p=.009) for each group after training, the results of Scheffe post-test between the three groups appear to be different in knowledge and attitude on smoking and smoking refusal self-efficacy were confirmed evidence that the effects of school smoking prevention center operations. The result of the study shows that the programs in the smoking prevention center school has a considerable effect on smoking knowledge, attitudes and smoking refusal self-efficacy. The outcome of the study can have valuable implications for the need of consistent smoking prevention program in the smoking prevention center schools.
