본 연구에서는 학습자들의 자기 주도적인 학습설계를 지원하기 위한 e-포트폴리오의 발전 방향을 탐색하고 중장기적인 발전 로드맵을 제안하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위하여 관련 전문가 16명을 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 1차 조사를 통해 e-포트폴리오의 주요한 역할인 ‘학습 설계’의 정의와 e-포트폴리오의 발전 방향에 대한 의견을 수렴하였으며, 2차 조사를 통해서는 1차 설문을 통해 수렴한 내용을 토대로 e-포트폴리오가 지향해야 할 학습 설계의 정의와 e-포트폴리오 발전 모형에 대한 의견을 모았다. 3차 조사에서는 2차 조사 결과를 토대로 수립한 발전 전략에 대한 동의 정도와 도입 시기에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 이상의 절차를 거쳐 최종적으로 자가진단 시스템, 평생교육 one-stop 서비스, 교육 프로그램 검색/탐색/추천을 위한 포털 기능 도입, 맞춤형 코칭 시스템 도입, 빅데이터 분석 시스템 도입 등 9개의 발전전략을 도출하였으며, 전문가 의견을 반영하여 단기·중기·장기 발전 로드맵을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안한 발전 전략은 학습 지원 e-포트폴리오를 구축하여 운영하고 있는 대학·기업 등의 기관에서도 제고할 만한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to explore and suggest short & long-term development directions of e-portfolio system for supporting learner-centered education and self regulated learning. For this, the learning design factors were drawn by using Delphi survey technique and Delphi panel constituted by 16 scholars and industry professionals. As a result of Delphi surveys, the definition of learning design, the development strategies of e-portfolio system, and introduction time of e-portfolio model were drawn. The 9 development strategies for e-portfolio system were as follows: self diagnosis, one-stop service, portal service for searching, exploring and recommending education program, customized coaching, analyzation using big-data, etc. According to priorities and needs, these are assigned to the short, mid & long-term development roadmap. Although we propose the development strategies focused on e-portfolio system in this paper, these are also useful to universities or educational institutions for lifelong education to adopt the e-portfolio system.
