이 논문은 15세기 관료문인들의 多岐한 詩的 志向을 탐색하는 작업의 일환으로 成侃의 古詩 創作에 함축되어 있는 의미를 살펴본 것이다. 15세기 문인들은 蘇東坡 詩를 답습한 이전 시인들을 비판하면서 새로운 詩風을 모색하고 있었다. 그리하여 이 시기에는 江西詩風과 唐詩風, 그리고 古詩風의 작품을 창작하려는 다양한 시도들이 나타났다. 그중에서도 古詩 創作에서 선도적인 역할을 하였던 成侃의 창작활동은 당대 시단의 동향을 명료하게 드러낸다는 점에서 주목할 만하다. 성간이 애써 古詩를 창작하려 했던 주된 이유는 安平大君을 핵심으로 한 文化 權力과 이를 추종하는 文人들이 시의 형식미를 중시하여 唯美主義的인 作品을 창작했기 때문이다. 그는 궁정문학적인 성향이 농후한 그들의 시에서 현실의 문제를 외면하고 권력을 지향하는 태도를 읽어냈다. 그래서 그는 古詩의 양식적 특성을 최대한 활용하여 시에 현실의 리얼리티를 부여하려 하였다. 그는 여기에서 사실주의적인 수법뿐만 아니라 상상과 환상을 통하여 사회·인생·내면의 문제들을 깊이 있게 다루었다. 또한 현실의 문제들을 해결하기 위해 理想世界와 人格理想을 제시하는 데도 힘을 쏟았다. 성간은 당대 문인들이 언어의 아름다움을 위주로 한 시를 창작한 것과는 달리 현실의 문제를 깊이 있게 다룬 시를 창작함으로써 당대 시단에 새로운 활력을 불어넣었던 것이다.
This paper examined the meaning of Seongan's creation of ancient poems, as a part of works for searching various creation activities of literary bureaucrats in the 15th century. Men of letters in the 15th century, critically realizing the situation of the past poetical circles that remained only in following SoDongpa's poems, was seeking for a new poetical style. Attempts appeared to create works of Gangseo poetical style(江西詩風), Dang Dynasty poetical style(唐詩風) and ancient poetical style(古詩風). Especially, Seongan's ancient poems that played a leading role in creation of ancient poems are noteworthy. The reason Seongan frequently and pleasantly created ancient poems was that cultural powers centering around a Royal prince Anpyeong(安平大君) and men of letters who followed them tended to seek for a new poetical style and, at the same time, create aesthetical pieces of work. He detected the tendency of disregarding the reality and aiming at powers from their poems showing tendency towards court literature. So, making the most of the character of ancient poems as long poems, he tried to give reality to poems. He deeply dealt with problems of society, life and the inside through imagination and fantasy as well as realistic technique. Also, he, as essential reality, concentrated his energy on proposing an idealistic world and personality disorder. Different from the fact that the contemporary principal literary men created poems of high artistry, he put new vitality into the contemporary poetic circles by creating poetic pieces of work which deeply dealt with realistic problems.
