본 연구는 사회적기업 종사자의 시각에서 지원되고 있는 지자체의 사회적기업 지원 요인을 분석하고 이를 사회적기업 종사자의 직장만족과 사회적기업의 계속성 간의 인과관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 이런 연구목표를 달성하기 위해 대전지역 사회적기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였고, 그 결과 사회적기업 종사자의 직장만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 재정지원요인과 인프라지원요인 순으로 나타났고 특히 재정지원요인은 사회적기업의 계속성에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적기업 종사자 입장에서 지자체의 지원요인을 분석해 실질적인 지원요인 분석에 도움을 줄 것이며 이는 사회적기업의 계속성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.
In this study, the local governments' support for social enterprises is to analyze the factors from the perspective of socialenterprise practitioners. The workplace affects satisfaction factors of social enterprise practitioners support infrastructure and financial support factors onworkplace satisfaction continued influence on the performance of corporate results. These results, how in the field of efficientand effective support from the perspective of social enterprise practitioners will be able to suggest a methodology.
