본 논문에서는 국내 은행권에서의 전자금융 4개 분야인 인터넷뱅킹, 모바일뱅킹, T뱅킹 금융자동화기기로 구분하여 향후 전망과 추세를 관찰하고 소비자들을 대상으로 한 기존의 논문과는 달리 직접 금융기관에 종사하고 있는 중간관리자 이상을 대상으로 하여 중요도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 국내 은행들은 전자금융의 핵심 분야로 인터넷뱅킹과 모바일뱅킹에 우선순위를 두고 있음을 확인할 수 있었고 인터넷뱅킹과 모바일뱅킹의 서비스 품질에 관한 상대적 중요도에서는 신뢰성이 가장 높았으며 종합적 가중치를 적용한 결과는 인터넷뱅킹의 신뢰성이 가장 높았다. 전자금융 4가지 분야의 민감도 분석결과는 인터넷뱅킹이나 모바일뱅킹, T뱅킹의 비중이 상대적으로 비슷해 진다고 가정해 보면 전자금융 분야에서 가장 중요한 서비스 품질은 편의성으로 귀결됨을 알 수 있다.


In this study, observation was made on future prospects and trends of the 4 e-commerce banking services of domestic bank sector such as classifying into Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, T Banking and Finance ATM, then in this thesis, it shows that analysis was performed for the level of importance, directly targeting the intermediate managers and higher position holding personnel who work in the finance institution, unlike other consumer focused studies. Secondly, for the relative importance level concerning the service quality of Internet Banking, it was shown that reliability was the highest factor, then in the sequence of conveniency, afford ability and quality. For T-Banking, the convenience was the most important factor, then in the order of reliability, quality and affordablity. It was in the order of conveniency, quality, affordability and reliability for the finance ATM Third, the result from application of the comprehensive weighted value was presented in the order of Reliability of Internet Banking>Conveniency of Internet Banking> Reliability of T-Banking> Conveniency of T-Banking> Reliability of Mobile Banking. Forth, as the result of sensitivity analysis for 4 sectors of e-commerce banking, a conclusion was brought as Conveniency is the most important service quality, hypothetically saying Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, and T-Banking has relative similarity in their proportion.
