The purpose of this study is to analyze the components of Learning Management System (LMS) in E-learning English conversation classes and to propose efficient interactive teaching- learning strategies. To achieve the first goal, the LMS of a cyber university has been analyzed according to its supporting functions such as learning support, learner management, evaluation, and operation management. To fulfil the second goal, two on-line questionnaires have been conducted on 232 students. The results show that LMS, as a cyber-classroom, is highly important because it can support and manage all the online activities of students and teachers. Thus, we argue that a user-friendly LMS can enhance the interaction between class participants and help the students with their E-learning. We also suggest that to activate the interaction between students and LMS, LMS be designed to reflect the students' needs, with easy guidelines for the LMS menu. The material room should support the students with various materials relevant for English e-learning. The memo and e-mail should be available on the very first contents screen so that the students can easily communicate without moving to another web-site. The students should be able to check information on their attendance and learning time. Web chatting is also suggested as an interactive strategy.
