The purpose of the presented survey is to find out the factors of teaching stresses and teaching satisfaction from native English teachers. As there is a growing need for increasing English communication competence, in these days, English education managed by inviting native English teachers becomes popular and spreads broadly. In this situation, it is important to figure out how to increase efficiency of English education conducted by native English teachers. Therefore, as one of the methods to improve efficiency of the English education inviting Native English teachers, this study focused on teaching stress and satisfaction by taking a survey toward 101 native English teachers who were gathered from online and offline communities. As the results, native English teachers who participated in the survey felt least stress(2.22) and average satisfaction(3.39). Comparing teaching stress and satisfaction between two groups divided by their background information, the higher teaching experience group felt less stress and the longer residence group felt more teaching satisfaction significantly. Based on opinions from open-ended questions asking problems which native English teachers face with in there teaching, the participants have several difficulties such as office hour, information notice, contract, sick leave, unstable rehiring, excessive regulation, and communication with Korean teachers.
