The purpose of this article was to integrate conflicts in understanding of spirituality based on transcendence and immanence, and was also to prepare such a foundation as the integrated spirituality can be realized in our daily life. Starting from the above purpose of this study, the introduction sought to pose a question on needs to integrate dualistic conflicts between transcendental and immanent spirituality and also look into major characteristics and limitations of respective spirituality. As a part of alternatives for such an integration of spirituality, this study proposed a numinous archetype of contemplative intuition as well as possible ways to implement such archetype in our daily life. Contemplative intuition contains a sense of paradoxical archetype that is characterized by both transcendental and immanent spirituality. Here, it was found that transcendence becomes revealed on the way of evolution to ambivalent irrationality( mysterium tremendum and mysterium fascinosum), while immanence becomes revealed on the way of evolution to sacredness via rational equilibrium. In addition, it was found that such equilibrium of integration is maintained by recovery resulting from breakthrough of distortion like irrationally biased mystification and rationally deteriorated conceptualization. Particularly, it was found that the archetype is a priori in the aspect of archetype immanent in anybody, but it works when it is expressed a posteriori because it is already structured within our experiences. Such an archetype comes side by side to its maturity through equilibrium and breakthrough. When arriving at critical point, it forms through a cycle of great shift involving breakthroug
