In this paper, I will show the current situation of 26 representative multicultural activists who have been working in the areas of Gwangju and Jeollanam-do. Increasing the number of migrating people in the Korean society, their roles for making harmonious local environment are very important. Multicultural activists mean people who are engaged in supplying the needs of migrant people, studying on the multicultural discourses, and networking with other agencies in order to solve multicultural social problems. The Christian multicultural activists are working in the church-related institutions, NGOs, and GOs. I have tired to listen carefully their experiences and visions as multicultural activists in the process of interviews because their voices can possibly affect to the progression of cooperate life. Eventually, I hope that the Korean church will response to their suggestions building the multicultural ministry in cocreate way. For this purpose, firstly, I have gathered their personal information including the type of working institution, church denomination and province. The primary interests, ultimate vision, and individual evaluation of multicultural activities are analysed in this paper. Based upon this interviews, I have insisted the importance of co-existence among different people and multicultural ministries of churches in various forms and contents for making peaceful communities. Secondly, I have suggested that Korean church needs to practice how to welcome immigrants as new member of God's family in the local level. I believe that a visible demonstration of the significant role of Korean church will be showed by following the spirit of life and justice in the New Testament, teaching people about human rights of all people, and sharing what the church has with people who in need.
