This Study analyzes the impact of the Quality of Life of the North Korean Settlers on their settlement in South Korea. For the purpose of this study, the questionnaire survey was conducted on the sample of 80 North Korean Settlers who had been settled in the city of Asan. The results show that their overall QOL(quality of life)level is above moderate(three point score) in the Likert five scales but their QOL level in the residence environment and economic activities fields is below moderate,respectively. Therefore, more efforts need to be made in the residence environment and economic activities fields. This study also show that their settlement were greatly influenced by their satisfactions in the field of health and welfare, economic activities and transportation conveniences.
