Community Education and the Reform of Church Structure: The Rehabilitation of the Community Faith by Establishing Church Structure in Small Group

이 논문은 미래의 건강하고 성숙한 교회 구조를 만들어 이미 추락한 한국교회의 대내외적 신뢰지수를 반등시킬 방안을 목표로 한다. 이러한 목적을 실현하기 위해 우리는 개교회주의를 넘어 공동체주의적 교회 구조에 주목하고, 개인주의적 신앙, 개교회주의적 교회 구조를 개선하기 위한 교회 안에서의 공동체 신앙교육 시스템을 새롭게 구축할 것을 제안한다. 아울러 이러한공동체 교육은 교회 구조의 혁신적 전환, 곧 소그룹 중심의 교회에로의 구조개편을 통해 이루어질 수 있음을 밝힌다. 공동체성을 기반으로 수립된 소그룹 구조는 성도들 사이의 개방성, 소통, 친밀도 등을 제고하여 공동체 신앙을 회복하고, 이를 통해 우리의 가족주의 문화가 낳았던 상호간의 단절, 분쟁과 분열이라는 부조리를 제거하는 동시에 교회들 사이, 교단 내에서, 그리고 교단과 교파 안에서 같은 종류의 긴장들을 완화 내지는 제거하는 역할을할 것이다. 이러한 논지를 전개하기 위해 한국교회 안에 공동체 세계관이 결여하게 된 사회학적, 종교학적 근거를 밝히고 시대와 지역을 초월하는 성경적 공동체 세계관과 소그룹 구조의 형태로의 교회 구조 개혁을 통한 공동체교육의 실재를 탐구한다.

In this paper, I have an objective to help elevating the fallen reliability index in Korean Church by constructing the steadfast and mature structure for her. To do this, I make an focus on the communitarian Church structure to overcome the individualism in Korean Church and propose practically to make a community-faith education system to reform the individual faith and churches. It is surely enough that such a teaching of community can be practically possible by establishing the church education system of small-group. The small-group structure based on communitarian philosophy has a role to improve the community belief by raising openness, communication, and intimacy for each other. It plays also another role to eliminate such absurdities as mutual severance, conflicts and division which are born of Korean familism, and to alleviate those things existent in churches and denominations. To develop the thesis, we show the sociological analysis and religious orientations to lack in communitarian world view for Korean Church, and search for the reality of community education within the biblical communitarian world view and within the change of church education into the small-group formula structure.
