본 연구는 실제신고와 거짓신고간의 음성의 차이를 실증적으로 분석하여 유의미한 차이를 보이는 음성분석 요소들을 확인하고 이를 향후 거짓신고를 판별해 내는데 중요한 선별도구로 사용하기 위한 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 이를 위해 실제 Code 1의 중요범죄 신고 중 30건의 거짓신고 데이터와 30건의 실제신고 데이터를 선별하여 실제신고와 거짓신고간의 음성분석 차이를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 긴박한 문장에 대한 실제신고와 거짓신고의 음성차이에서는 발화속도만이 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고. 평범한 문장에 있어서는 Pitch, Intensity, 발화 속도가 각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 긴박한 문장과 평범한 문장을 포함한 모든 문장에 대해서는 Jitter와 발화속도가 유의미한 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 긴박한 문장에 있어서 남·여간 실제신고와 거짓신고의 음성차이 분석을 확인한 결과 남성의 경우는 발화속도만이 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 반면 여성의 경우는 Pitch, DoVB, Jitter가 각 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 평범한 문장에 있어서 남·여간 실제신고와 거짓신고의 음성차이 분석을 확인한 결과 남성의 경우 모든 요소에 대해 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면 여성의 경우는 Pitch, Jitter, Intensity, 발화속도가 각 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 긴박한 문장과 평범한 문장을 포함한 모든 문장에 대해서는 Pitch, 피치 표준편차, DoVB가 각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the voice difference between the false report and actual report. The 112 call data of this paper are 60 natural 112 report voice that are composed of 30 actual report and 30 false report. Each report is classified 2 sentences that are made of urgent sentence and ordinary sentence. Collected data are analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for t-test. The Results of the empirical research can be summarized as follows. First, there is a statistically significant difference in the “speech speed” between actual report and false report on the urgent speech sentence. And there are statistically significant difference in the “Pitch”, “Intensity”, and “speech speed” between actual report and false report on the ordinary speech sentence. And there are statistically significant difference in the “Jitter” and “speech speed” between actual report and false report on the 1 call report sentence including urgent and ordinary sentence. Second, there is a statistically significant difference in the “speech speed” between male's actual report and false report on the urgent speech sentence, while there are statistically significant difference in the “Pitch”, “DoVB” and “Jitter” between female’s actual report and false report on the urgent speech sentence. And there isn't statistically significant difference between male’s actual report and false report on the ordinary speech sentence. while there are statistically significant difference in the “Pitch”, “Jitter”, “Intensity” and “speech speed” between female’s actual report and false report on the ordinary speech sentence. And there are statistically significant difference in the “Pitch”, “Pitch standard deviation” and “DoVB” between male and female’s actual report and false report on the 1 call report sentence including urgent and ordinary sentence.
