This paper is to figure out what factors affect LOHAS(Life of Health and Sustainability) and Hanliu cognition, element that compose cognition for LOHAS and so called 'Korean waves', Korean Country and tourism sight image in this research, and observe effect that component gets in attitude about the South Korea, visit intention though Korea country and tourism site image element. A survey was conducted with 350 foreigners staying in China(Beijing, Sanghai, Dalian, Simsu, and Shimyang), Hong Kong and Taiwan, using purposive sampling. To elicit elements constituting Korea country image, then, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted.
