Ecological poetry’s college cultural education application example research - based on Ko Jin - ha’s poetry

한국 문단에서 1990년대 이후 본격적으로 활성화된 생태시는 현실에 대한 단순한 비판이나 묘사에 그치지 않고 여러 가지 재난이나 부정적 징후들을 경고하는 내용을 통해 인류의 생태문제와 범세계적 환경문제를 제기했다. 생태시는 현대 문명에 대한 비판과 자연과의 공존을 지향하는 시들이 주류를 이룬다. 본 논문은 생태담론이라는 프리즘에 비추어 생태환경에 대한 문제의식을 배경에 깔고서 생태시가 이러한 문제의식을 어떻게 형상화시켰으며 동시에 현대인이 지향해야 할 태도는 무엇인지, 또 생태환경에 대한 인식이 시를 통해 어떻게 표현되었는지를 이해하고 비평문 쓰기 활동을 통해 궁극적으로 생명과 생태 환경에 대한 이해를 확장, 심화시키고자 하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 생명과 자연에 대한 소중함을 학생들이 자각하고 인류 공동체의 미래에 대해 성찰할 시간을 갖게 될 것으로 본다. 생태시 두 편에 대한 감상과 쓰기 활동으로 학생들이 생태의식을 내면화시키고 건전한 생태 공동체의 구성원으로 성장하게 되는데 도움을 줄 것이라고 생각한다. 입시 위주의 우리나라 교육 시스템에서 생태나 환경 문제에 적극적으로 나서고 있지 않다는 점을 감안한다면 생태 환경에 대한 자각과 인식은 앞으로 더욱 중요하다고 하겠다.

Ecological poetry, activated in earnest after the 1990’s in the Korean literary world is not limited to a simple criticism or description but through a variety of disaster and negative signs to warn, it brings up an ecological problem and a global environmental problem of humankind. A critique towards contemporary civilization and coexistence with nature are the mainstream of the ecological poetry. This paper, in view of the prism of an ecological discourse with an awareness of ecological environment as a background, is about how the ecological poetry shaped this issue, and at the same time what attitude should modern people aim, and understand how this awareness of ecological environment is expressed through the poetry, so to ultimately extend and deepen the understanding of life and ecological environment through writing a critique. Based on it students will self-aware the importance of life and environment and will have a time and environment and will have a time to reflect about the future of a human community. Through reading and writing about two ecological poems it will internalize student’s ecological consciousness and will help them grow as a healthy 생태시의 대학 교양교육 적용 사례 195 member of an ecological community. Considering a college entrance focused education of our country, that does not actively interfere in ecological or environmental problems, this self-awareness and recognition on ecological environment will be more crucial in the future.
