This paper proposes the Green Trade Index(GTI) which can be useful to measure the level of Low-Carbon and Green Growth quantitatively by using international trade statistics and the relevant government data, etc to dominate the world's market for Green in advance and lower Green Trade Barriers. The real time monitering using CDW is one of the primary characteristics of GTI. Therefore, the proposed GTI, which is parameterized by two parameters, such Green Growth and Low Carbon, can be used as a real-time barometer of efficient implementation of promotion policies for domestic Green industry.
