These days the customs clearance systems are covers all of the korea customs service affairs. This study is to develop research models suitable for UNI-PASS and empirically analyse them in order to examine and verify factors affecting on the UNI-PASS of customs clearance system and customer satisfaction. The finding from this paper will be applied to UNI-PASS development and maintenance carried out in the future by analyzing the correlation between risk management(RM) and customer satisfaction(CS).
