본 논문은, 복잡하고 어려운 FTA 규정으로 인해 우리나라 수출입 기업, 특히 중소기업들이 FTA체결 효과를 향유하지 못하는 경우가 많은 현 상황에서, 중소기업에게도 FTA 특혜가 골고루 확산될 수 있는 방안을 IT 기술적인측면을 고려하여 모색하였다. FTA의 폭넓은 활용을 위해서는 컨설팅에 대부분을 의존하고 있는 현재의 상황을 개선하여 비전문가도 쉽게 비즈니스모델을 활용하고 개발할 수 있는 지원이 필요하다. 전문 인력과 정보가 부족한 중소기업이 스스로 비즈니스모델을 개발할 수 있는 IT 기반의 필요성이 제기됨으로써, 본 논문은 FTA활용을 위한 비즈니스 모델을 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 기술적인 요소와 로직에 초점을 맞추었다. 이에 따라 FTA를 활용한 비즈니스 모델 성공사례를 분석하여 사례베이스로 구축하고, 사례베이스의 엔진에 의해 사례들을 재활용 및 저장하여 시스템 성능이 지속적으로 업그레이드 될 수 있는 로직을 제시하고 있다. 이에 따른다면, 중소기업의 비전문가도 쉽게 사용이 가능한 비즈니스모델 개발 IT 시스템의 구축과 서비스가 가능해질 수 있을 것이다.
In a situation which import and export companies, especially small and medium enterprise(SMEs)s cannot fully enjoy benefits from FTA because of difficult and comprehensive FTA rules, this article seeks for measures which enable SMEs to utilize preference of FTA considering for IT technology. As improving current situation dependence on consultation, for wide use of FTA, strong support is required to utilize and develop business model. Since necessity of IT basis which enables SMEs design business model for themselves arises, this paper focused on technological factors and logics to simulate FTA business model. In this paper, therefore, the upgradable logic which enables modeling system recycle and save modeling cases through case base engine as well as build case base would be suggested. In other words, IT system which anyone who is lack of knowledge and information on FTA can use easily could be constructed and serviced.
