This study is to expose characteristics of the Western liberal conceptual system of rightsduties( obligations) focused on its conceptual structure as well as on its roles of expressing and constituting politico-social orders of liberal democratic societies. Two main results of the study: 1)The conceptual system can construct politico-social demands, present and potential, of the constituents in any liberal and democratic society into the order-units of politico-social relations and express the latter into its conceptual-relational-order; 2)The conceptual system can constitute the individual-living-orders and the social-relational-order-units as such into politico-social order system and express the latter into its complex-three-layered conceptual order system. Two main implications of these results: 1)Any liberal democratic society should be conceived as a network of individual lives, and its politico-social orders should be understood as a reflection of individuals' enduring living orders; 2)The demands from private individual lives and those from public politico-social orders in that society are in mutually feedback and ongoing processes. Two stronger points of the conceptual order-system compared to the politico-social order-system understood per se: 1)The former provides us with more realistic explanations about politico-social orders; 2)The former provides us with more concrete information concerning the stability level of the existing politico-social orders.
