이 논문은 여성주의 목회상담학을 위한 사례개념화/평가의 이론과 실제에 대해 논한 것이다. 사례개념화는 효과적인 상담에서 매우 중요한데 상담이론에 따라 조금씩 다르게 접근할 수 있다. 여성주의 목회상담은 전통 목회상담을 비판하고 반박함으로써 출현한 것이기에 여성주의 목회상담이론에 근거한 사례개념화가 필요하여 이 논문에서 다루고자 했다. 구체적으로 여성주의 목회상담을 위한 사례개념화는 여성주의 역량강화상담과 여성주의 목회신학에 근거하여 구성되었다. 여성주의 역량강화상담은 여성주의 상담의 하나로 사회적 여성주의와 유색여성주의이론에 근거하여 전개되었다. 여성주의 목회상담학은 여성주의 해방신학에 매우 지대하게 영향 받았으며 현대에 이르러 젠더, 인종, 경제, 성적 경향 등 다양한 문화적 요소를 개인차를 강조하는 이론에 근거한다. 이 부분에서 이론적으로 여성주의 역량강화상담과 매우 유사하기에 여성역량강화상담에서 강조하는 ‘개인적인 것은 정치적인 것이다,’ ‘개인적 · 사회적 정체성은 상호의존적이다,’ ‘ 상담자와 내담자는 평등하다,’ ‘여성의 시각은 가치 있다.’를 여성주의 목회상담학을 위한 사례개념화 실제에 반영하고자 했다. 그 뿐 아니라 여성주의 목회상담학을 위한 사례개념화는 여성주의 목회신학의 하나님이해에 근거한 ‘춤추고 놀이하는 하나님’에 기초해 구성했다. 이를 위해 캐터린 라쿠나가 우리를 위한 하나님에서 논의한 페리코레틱 삼위일체 하나님, 리타 브락이 에로틱 힘으로서의 하나님과 놀이하기, 샐리 맥페이그의 하나님 어머니, 하나님 연인, 하나님 친구의 모델을 참고했다. 그리고 이에 근거하여 사례개념화의 주요 핵심요소인 내담자의 정체성, 문화적 배경, 심리학적, 신학적 평가, 상담 목표 등을 논했다.
This paper discusses the theory and practice of case conceptualization of feminist pastoral counseling. The case conceptualization is an important tool for effective pastoral counseling and can differ according to where its theory stands. This paper is intended to invent the case conceptualization of feminist pastoral counseling on the basis of feminist pastoral theology since feminist pastoral counseling differs from traditional counseling in terms of its basic theory and conception. The bases for the feminist pastoral case conceptualization are feminist empowerment theory and feminist pastoral theological understanding of God. The feminist empowerment theory is mainly based on the perspective of social feminism and the perspective of women of color. Similarly, feminist pastoral theology walks a fine line between the feminist liberation perspective and the constructive perspective. Thus, case conceptualization for feminist pastoral counseling pursues the four principles of feminist empowerment theory: the personal is the political, the individual identity and the social identity are interdependent, women’s experiences are valued, and counselors and clients are equal. Another resource for the feminist pastoral case conceptualization is the feminist theological understanding of God; “the dancing and playing Trinity,” “the perichoretic Trinity” of Catherine LaCugna, “erotic power” and ”playing” of Rita Brock, “God of the Mother, God of a Partner, God of Friends” of Sallie McFague, and “Han-women-playing” of Chung are used for construction of the Trinity. Finally, the client’s identity, cultural background, psychological and spiritual assessment, and the goal setting of case conceptualization are discussed for feminist pastoral counseling.
