A historical story 'Ewooyadam'is written by Ewoodang Yoo-mongin (1559～1623) who was the author in the middle of the Chosun Dynasty. The study examined the imagery based on Ginyeodam in Ewooyadam according to the author's recognition of his age. There are twenty eight series in Ginyeodam. The study deeply considered the other nineteenseries except for others which have short explanation and comment about Korean Geisha. The nineteen series in Ginyeodamwould be divided by the two cases based on the previous study on Korean Geisha. The first case is that high-ranking people was attracted to the Geisha. The second case is that the Geisha pursues the humane life. In the first case, squandering,shame, hypocrisy and jealousy are described and the second case is describing fidelity, love, practical interest and wit. The author Yoomongindirectly looked into a contradictory society and warned the next generation by emphasizing the imagery of the life characteristics between high-ranking people and Korean Geisha with satire and humor.
