이 연구의 목적은 한국어 고급 학습자들의 한국어 학습자 사전에 제시된 조사 ‘에’ 용법에 대한 이해 정도를 파악하여 향후 조사 교육의 기초 자료로 제공하는 데에 있다. 한국어 학습용 사전에 제시된 용법 설명을 고급 학습자들이 얼마만큼 잘 이해하고 있는지 파악하여 향후 한국어 학습용 사전에서 보완해야 할 부분에 대한 자료로 삼고자 한다. 이를 위해 시중에 출판된 네 개의 한국어 학습자 사전과 일곱 기관의 한국어 교재에 제시된 ‘에’의 용법을 확인하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석 내용을 바탕으로 한국어 고급 학습자를 대상으로 조사 ‘에’의 용법 및 사용의 이해 정도를 측정해 본 후 교육 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 기초 자료를 바탕으로 향후 한국어 고급 학습자들을 대상으로 한 조사 ‘에’의 교육이 이루어진다면 고급 학습자들에게 기대되는 자연스러운 한국어 의사소통에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있는 실제적 학습이 이루어질 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

The purposes of this research are to grasp the degree of advanced Korean leaners' recognition of postposition 'e' and consider measures of effective education based on it. It intended to confirm a necessity of proper educational measures of postposition 'e' for advanced learners and grasp the degree of postposition 'e' for Korean learners' recognition through the investigation of various data. To achieve them, it confirmed usages of 'e', suggested in 4 published dictionaries and 7 teaching materials. In dictionaries, it confirmed methods of suggesting usages of 'e'. And, in teaching materials, it confirmed aspect that 'e' is used independently. And, based on the contents of analysis, usages of postposition 'e' and degree of under- standing uses were measured for advanced Korean learners. If postposition 'e' is educated for advanced Korean learners based on the fundamental data in the future, actual learning should be accomplished so as to be helpful for natural communication of Korean, expected to advanced learners.
