본 연구는 목적은 대학생의 창의적 리더십은 어떤 특성이 있는 지를 확인하고, 대학생에게 각기 다른 형태의 창의성 관련 수업을 전개하였을 때, 이 수업이 창의적 리더십 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 두 가지 형태의 수업(창의성 수업, 자기주도적학습 수업)을 실시하고, 사전검사와 사후검사로 창의적 리더십 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 대학생의 창의적 리더십의 몇몇 요인은 수업에 의해 변화가 가능하므로, 창의성 관련 수업이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사표현, 의사결정, 협력하기 등과 같은 변인들은 전공별, 학년별로도 의의 있는 차이를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생 이상의 성인교육에서 창의성을 기반으로 한 이론과 활동을 포함한 수업이 성인들의 창의적 리더십 향상에 의의 있는 결과를 가져올 수 있음을 밝혔고, 본 연구의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 후속 연구에 대해 제안하였다.
The aims of this study were to identify the characteristics of creative leadership of university students and effectiveness of instruction upon type of courses for improvement of creative leadership. For this study, creative leadership test was applied to students for pre and post test, and two type of courses(creativity class & self-directed learning class) were progressed during one semester. According to the research results, there were some significant differences by grades and majors, and the effectiveness of instruction was identified. The possibility that an instruction related creativity would foster the creative leadership of university students and adults was proved in this study, and suggested some ideas for future study.
