본 연구는 인증사회적기업에 근무하는 여성 근로자들이 사회적기업의 여성 고용효과를 어떻게 인식하는지를 계량적으로 검증하여 고용 정책적 함의와 과제를 제시하였다. 회귀분석결과, 예측변인 가운데 연령, 학력, 경제수준, 회사의 근무조건 개선에 대한 신뢰도, 고용 안정성, 젠더 친화성은 양(+)의 관계를 반면에 이전 직무와의 관련성, 취업경로는 음(-)의 인과관계를 보였다. 인구・사회적 속성은 연령, 학력과 같은 고정변인이, 취업상태와 관련 경험은 취업관련 경험 변인이 그리고 주관적 노동조건 인식은 노사 간 신뢰가 전제된 변인들이 주로 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 사회적기업에서 일하는 여성 근로자들은 자신들의 실제적 고용조건 보다 주관적 체감도인 지각(知覺)적 요인들을 여성의 경제활동참여에서 보다 영향력 있는 변수로 인지하였다.


The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting employment effects of female workers at social enterprises and to suggest what employment political implication and policy agenda social enterprises could have as a rite of passage of female’s labor market. Among prediction factors, there was a positive relationship in age, educational background, economy level, reliance on the improvement of working condition, employment stability, and gender friendliness, while there was a negative relationship in connection with the job performance of previous workplace and employment paths. In specific, affecting factors mostly were 1) variables fixed such age and educational background in terms of demographical feature, 2) variables of experience related with employment in terms of the state of employment and related experience, and 3) variables with the premise of trust between employers and employees in terms of subjective awareness of labor condition. Specially, the impact of female’s participation in economic activities from female working for social enterprises were greatly influenced by subjective criteria such as factors of awareness・perception more rather than by worker’s employment condition in reality.
