Related with actual beings in the world, 『Laozi』 said, ‘Through a person who knows says, a person who says does not know’. In relevant to essence of ‘Beauty', 『Zhuangzi』 also said ‘How can I know about the classification' and he took a reserved attitude. Why did Laozi and Zhuangzi take a reserved attitude on analysis or judgment about object-world? Whey did they try to keep silent and said that it can not be said about the actual beings in the world? Moreover, although they said like tat, how was it possible to say continuously and to conduct of life? The purpose of this study is to investigate inside logic of Lao-Zhuang with the problem of cognition and subject/object as the central point. For this, in this studying, reconstruction, not a reconstruction in meaning of language already said by Lao-Zhuang, of their cognitional form was endeavored by setting premise like that form of cognition determines ‘world'. Lao-Zhuang recognized the world as ‘that-this’, ‘existence-nothing’ are composed of relative relation by relative difference. The though like that of them made their special method on language and conduct. In other words, This world does not have actual being by itself, everything can obtain its own identity through relationship of relative difference with other things. Therefore when one tried to say ‘something’, he/she always has to say in context of it. So, he/she has no choice but to say in context continuously or keeps silent. Conduct also has to acts in context with various ways. In conclusion, for Lao-Zhuang, anything does not be fixed, and it can not.
