A Study on Present Condition and Regulations of Narcotic Crimes Recently as economy has grown and the material civilization has been progressed, based on the erosion of traditional values and open-mind in sex, the drug abuse to pursue pleasure has been exceedingly increased and has been becoming a serious social problem. From the ancient time, the narcotic has been used as a kind of medical treatment, preservation of health or religious purposes, but nowadays the narcotic is mainly prescribed for relaxation, reliving the physical and mental pain, easing the tension and anxiety or pursuing pleasure, which is not the same uses in the past. It is not only destroying the individual life, it is also coming to the front seriously as a family and community problems as well. The purpose of this is focus on considering the present status and the regulation of our country about the narcotic crime. I referred to prior researches for theoretical consideration and used the annual publication to consider the actual condition, such as the narcotic crime white paper. This thesis is organized: Ⅰ.
