AB - Real Estate is provided in the Article 99 of the civil code. However, although the concept of real estate is based on that of the civil code, there is no articulate provision on real estate in Real Estate Science. We have confused concept and scope on real estate. Because of that, it is tend to differ the concept of real estate in civil law from that of real estate in Real Estate Science. It may produce wrong concept to threaten legal stability. Nevertheless, we should recognize that there is no fundamental difference about concepts in both fields. Only there are different view points.; Both concepts can give help each other. In other words, the basic standard of real estate come from the concept in civil law and practical application of concept in Real Estate Science on a case give desirable solutions. Harmonizing the two concepts makes each concept effective.
