AB - This report preformed research on driver's responsibility, when a traffic accident was happened. Though a traffic accident was instantaneously happened, driver's immediate step will rescue a man life and property from traffic accidents.This is an appropriate measure to traffic accidents. driver's responsibility is different according to thus measure. that is; penal and civil responsibility, the application of a law in cases, an appropriate measure etc.According to driver's measure in traffic accidents, his responsibility will enlarged or reduced. this is an enlarged prevention of driver's responsibility in traffic accidents. To this purpose, I brought up a subject, and give a definition for traffic accidents on each law. on basis of this, I discussed an enlarged prevention of driver's responsibility.If you were happened traffic accidents, you should try stop, an emergency measure and the specify the man who happened traffic accidents. This is to protect the drivers and the injured party
