학교폭력은 사회발전과정 중에 있는 세계 각국에서 공통적으로 발생하고 있는 문제 중의하나다. 우리나라와 중국, 그리고 일본도 예외는 아니다. 우리나라와 중국, 일본은 문화적으로유교문화권이라는 유사성도 있지만 구체적으로는 여러 차이점도 있다. 각 국가의 특징을 이해하면서 학교폭력의 원인과 현상을 비교 ․ 검토하는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는한 ․ 중 ․ 일 3국의 학교폭력에 대한 이해와 실태를 살펴보았다. 각 나라마다 학교폭력에 대한이해와 실태에 대해 차이점과 공통점이 나타났다. 그러나 공통점과 차이점이 있다고 해서 그점이 뚜렷이 나타난 것은 아닐 뿐만 아니라 정도만 다를 뿐이지 각국에서 나타나는 학교폭력의 유형은 어느 나라나 다 존재하였다. 예를 들어 일본의 이지메, 우리나라의 왕따, 중국의 따돌림 등은 유사한 폭력의 형태이고, 학교폭력의 가해행동은 같은 학교 학생이나 또래에 의해가장 많이 발생한다는 점은 어느 나라나 같다. 학교폭력의 가해행동도 집요하다는 점에서 유사하다. 즉, 특정 학생을 집중적이고, 지속적으로 괴롭히고 소외시킴으로써 결국 자살에 이르게 만들 정도로 집요하다. 또한 학교폭력의 가해자나 피해자의 연령이 점차 낮아지고 있는 점도 유사할 뿐만 아니라 사이버폭력이 증가하고 있는 것도 각국의 공통점이다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 우리나라와 유사한 문화를 가지고 있고 생활환경이 비슷하다고 볼 수 있는 중국과일본의 학교 폭력의 실태를 비교함으로써 더 나은 대책을 세우는 데에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

So while it is important to understand the characteristics of the culture and society of each country compared to the causes and symptoms of violence that occur within the school and reviewed. In this paper, South Korea, China, and looked at the theory and the actual situation of violence occurring in schools in Japan. There are differences and similarities about the theory and the actual situation of violence occurring in schools in different countries. But just because such similarities and differences not similarities and differences are apparent. The type of violence that occurs within the school that occur in each country are similar. For example, bullying occurring in Korea, China, and Japan is similar. It also occurs that most violence occurring in schools by students attending the same school as in any other country. Violence occurring within the school are similar in each country is also insistent in that way. And focus on specific student, teasing continues, alienation is similar in each country by the end insistent enough to make anything that has led to suicide. In addition, the viscosity of which the perpetrator of the violence that occurs within the school and the age of the victim is increasingly less similar in each country. It is violence that occurs in the increasing Cyber similar in each country. Thus, in this study, South Korea, China, and I try like to help in building a better measure by comparing the theoretical and actual situation of violence occurring in schools that occurred in Japan.
